Chapter 281: 502 in the cake, mouth can't open

Afro was not at all flustered. She leaned back in her chair and did not continue speaking. Instead, she waited quietly for Dumbledore's reaction.

"I think what Afro said makes sense."

Dumbledore found that every time he thought he knew Aphrodite well, she always gave him new surprises.

Not even Legilimency could read her thoughts.

Perhaps the Campbells had taught her Occlumency from the beginning, or Dumbledore would have had no other reason to explain it all.

"If this assumption is correct—"

"Dumbledore, how could the mysterious man control Azkaban? This is totally ridiculous!" Mundungus shouted. He couldn't believe the idea. It was too horrible!

"Then why do you think Dementors go to the Muggle world?" Percy reacted quickly and threw the question back.

Mundungus was speechless for a moment. How could he know why?

Sirius is a very direct person and always says what he thinks.

"You're not trying to say that all this is a conspiracy by Fudge to control the wizarding world?"

Mundungus was about to say this when he fell silent.

You have already spoken, what else can I say?

"If a minister is willing to use Dementors to preserve his power, you don't have to save the wizarding world."

Afro sneered. She didn't expect that there would be naive people in Dumbledore's team.

Dumbledore tapped the cup again to maintain order in the meeting.

"I think what Afro said makes sense. We still need to be prepared."

Then, Dumbledore assigned tasks to everyone. Members working in the Ministry of Magic were responsible for persuading Fudge and monitoring the situation in Azkaban.

Aphrodite and Snape also had to return to school to protect Harry.

Others belong to the rescue team and logistics department.

At this moment, Molly's roar suddenly sounded outside the door.

"Who's throwing dung bombs at the kitchen door again? Fred and George, get down here!"

Mr. Weasley scratched his head awkwardly and laughed, "It looks like dinner is ready."

This concludes the first general meeting of the Order of the Phoenix.

Snape was the first to stand up, throwing his robes aside and disappearing behind the door.

"He never eats here," Lupin explained to Avro.

Afro walked out of the room and saw Tonks tripping over something, so she reached out and pulled down a velvet curtain in the corridor.

"I'm sorry!" Tonks screamed as she lay on the ground.

However, before she could finish her words, she was drowned out by a horrifying, deafening scream.

Just as Harry was about to put one foot in the air, he was startled by a sudden sound.

"Filthy and sinful rebellious child! Freak! Ugly thing! Get out of here! Get out!"

It was not the first time Tonks had fallen here, and she apologized profusely. Before Molly could close the curtains, she used her wand to cast a Stunning Spell on the other portraits.

The corridor was in chaos.

Sirius was squeezed in at the end. When he heard the familiar curse, he shouted, "Shut up! Shut up!"

The narrow corridor and the crowded crowd made it impossible for him to move forward even a single step. He could only stand back and worry.

Aphrodite nimbly emerged from the gap and looked up at the portrait on the wall.

The portrait showed a yellow-skinned, drooling old lady with a stern face and cursing at the top of her voice.

Afro asked Molly for a piece of cake, poured a bottle of liquid into it under everyone's eyes, and then used a magic spell to ignite it in the air.

After a moment, the cake with the magical filling appeared in the portrait and fell perfectly into the old woman's open mouth.

After being away from the world for a long time, the portrait that was endowed with a spell also subconsciously bit the cake.

Then, she couldn't open her mouth anymore.

The old lady's screams died away, and Sirius finally squeezed out of the crowd.

"I told you to shut up—" He held the curtain and glanced blankly at the people around him, "How did you do that?"

"Xiao Afu, what did you do?" 23 also asked in his mind.

Afro walked towards the kitchen while answering 23's questions.

"I saw this method in the mall before. I heard it was used in the supernatural world to deal with difficult ghosts. I didn't expect it would work with portraits, too."
