Chapter 402 Shengtian Banzi

Chapter 402 Shengtian Banzi

Afro raised her hand and twisted George's ear. After feeling the warm and familiar touch under her palm, she finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"Remus!" Tonks stumbled into Lupin's arms in the garden. "Are you all right?"

"How is everyone doing?" Molly came over with a large tray with more than a dozen cups of hot black tea on it.

All those involved in the operation returned to the Burrow. Although they were not hurt, everyone's face was very pale.

They each recounted their experiences on the road. They were all besieged by Death Eaters. Fortunately, Avro's rescue came in time.

"I've never seen such a weapon before." Tonks took a big sip of black tea with lingering fear. "All I could see was a flash of fire."

Afro waved her hand, "Nothing, I haven't congratulated you and Lupin yet."

Tonks' face suddenly turned red, and her hair turned pink depending on her owner's mood.

"Remus and I are planning to host a banquet here."

Afro's heart skipped a beat when she heard the news. The original plot was that an accident occurred at Bill and Fleur's engagement party. Could it be that this time it will be Tonks and Lupin?

The bats, blending into the darkness, flapped their wings a few times. Sharp screams erupted from the brightly lit mansion.

"You said I just need to change my wand?"

A thin old man was lying on the ground, hunched over and in tattered clothes. He was curled up and trembling, and his suppressed voice was filled with unbearable pain.

"…I think there is a connection between your wands…"

"How to avoid it?"

"I want to... change my wand..."

Voldemort raised his wand with his pale hand, and the weak old man squirmed in pain on the ground.

"I don't want anyone to cheat on me, otherwise you know what will happen."

He looked coldly at the old man who had fainted on the ground, threw his robe back, and left the basement gracefully.

After a long time, the other wizards locked in the basement slowly surrounded the old man, squatted down and checked his condition.

Voldemort returned to the reception room and sat in the high armchair at the first table, stroking a wand with a pair of hands that looked like chicken claws after soaking their feet.

"Bellatrix."

Bellatrix's eyes were full of twinkling lights that sparkled in the candlelight like tears.

"Master." She said humbly and respectfully.

"Hand me your wand."

Bella held out her wand with shaking hands.

Voldemort waved it in his hand and threw it back. "Too light."

He called a few more Death Eaters and tried several wands, but none of them worked properly, or the materials used were not to his satisfaction.

Only your own wand is the most suitable.

But it cannot kill the Savior.

"I heard there is a magic wand that is the most powerful." Noah held a goblet and leaned leisurely against the golden column, without any awareness of himself as a subordinate. "Legend has it that it is made of the elder tree of the god of death."

"Are you talking about the Elder Wand?" Nott turned around and looked at the lazy boy.

Voldemort leaned forward with interest, his scarlet eyes fixed on them.

"The Elder Wand possesses powerful, unparalleled magical powers. Its holder can cast powerful spells with ease." Noah bowed slightly and nodded, telling Voldemort about the special abilities of the Elder Wand.

"The Elder Wand is only a legend. No one has ever seen it." A half-bald Death Eater said in a mocking tone.

Voldemort half-closed his eyes, obviously a little moved. This was exactly the wand he needed, powerful and mysterious.

"Yaxley, go ask my good friend Ollivander if he knows about the Elder Wand."

After saying that, he turned his gaze to Bellatrix again, "Your niece is going to marry the werewolf Remus Lupin. Is this a happy event?"

There was a burst of sneer in the living room, and Bellatrix's face looked extremely ugly.

"She's not my niece, not since my sister married that mudblood!"

Voldemort walked down the stairs, walked around Bella and came behind her, "What about the Malfoy family? Their whereabouts are still unknown, except for their son Draco."

His voice was soft, but it easily drowned out the laughter.

Bellatrix stared down at her knees, holding her breath as Voldemort lectured her.

"A lot of the old families are becoming a bit sick and we need to prune them."

Bella stared at him earnestly, her eyes filled with tears of gratitude again, "Yes, Master."

"Then let's remove the cancer in the family and leave only wizards with pure blood..."

Bellatrix stared at him blankly, leaning towards Voldemort, her lips slightly parted, as if words could not express her desire and wish.

The moon shone through the branches onto the ground, and three figures appeared in the deserted woods. Two large and one small black figures walked to a tree one after another and left a mark on it.

"Malfoy, it's all your fault!" Sirius angrily scratched a tree trunk with a knife, "If you hadn't taken the wrong road, I would have gone to pick up Harry now!"

Lucius supported his wife and carefully stepped through the intricate branches.

"You know the place, lead the way!"

Narcissa tugged at his sleeve and shook her head almost imperceptibly.

"I'm really curious, where did Aphrodite hide you?" Sirius held up the faintly glowing wand to illuminate the way ahead, "How did she persuade you to rebel?"

Lucius wrapped his wife's coat tightly around him, holding her hand, his eyes full of tenderness, "The world is big, Sirius."

"As for why I'm with you guys——"

"I still think you are a disgrace to the pure-blood family, but I cannot help but consider the thoughts and position of the next heir."

Sirius snorted twice when he heard his answer, and looked at him with a fake smile: "Malfoy, you are still annoying."

"No matter how much we hate each other, we are still relatives." Lucius looked past him expressionlessly and stared at a silver ring on his finger: "Just because I stand on your side doesn't mean I agree with your views."

"I just don't want Draco to end up like you and James Potter."

Sirius clenched his fists and looked towards a two-story building at the end of the woods.

"Here we are. Good luck to you and your great family."

Lucius looked at Sirius turning away and put his arm around Narcissa's shoulders. "Cissy, your brother is such a stubborn ass."

"It's not the first day you've met him."

Narcissa climbed two stone steps and knocked on the door three times with her index finger.

After a few seconds, the door opened.

Narcissa's eyes became blurry with tears as she looked at the unexpected face behind the door.

"You...you are still alive?"
