Chapter 244 Their Thoughts

Chapter 244 Their Thoughts

They walked to the Owlery to find Hedwig, and all the way Ron told them what he had seen.

"You guys didn't know that Krum had come to the library to look for Hermione several times before you were preparing for the game!" Ron whispered mysteriously, looking around. "I always thought he wanted to get our information."

Afro looked helplessly at Ron, who was alert, and sighed, "Ronald, study."

Ron looked at Harry in confusion, and Harry smiled and shook his head, "Afro is right."

Hedwig saw them and craned her neck to call out a few times. There was a letter at her feet.

Afro first gave Hedwig some food, and then she and Harry opened the envelope, which was a reply from Sirius.

In the letter, Sirius said that he would return to Hogwarts soon and hoped not to miss Harry's game; the second half said that Karkaroff was a former Death Eater and was imprisoned next to him, but for some reason he got out in the end.

"Merlin's rosebud nightgown! That's right! It must be Karkaroff's doing!" Ron clapped his hands excitedly, pointing at his name with a red face, "He must be the one wearing a mask at the World Cup! And your names are all related to him!"

While Harry was calming the excited Ron, he wrote back to Sirius to explain what happened in the first game.

He threw Hedwig out of the window, and Hedwig flapped her wings and flew away with Harry's heavy letter.

A celebratory dinner was being prepared in the Gryffindor common room, and the little lions stole a lot of cakes and some butterbeer from the kitchen.

Afro pushed the portrait away, and George suddenly jumped out from the side, put his arm through her legs, and picked her up. Afro sat steadily on his forearm.

"Champions of Gryffindor!" Fred lit some Filibuster fireworks next to George and Avro's heads.

The warm house was dotted with twinkling stars. Dean, who was good at painting, hung up several newly made banners with Q version of little Aphrodite and little Harry on them.

"Hurry! Open it and take a look!" Ron took out their golden egg from the corner and urged them to open it curiously. He had been excited for several days.

"Don't!" Afro was about to stop him, but Harry quickly opened the golden egg in his hand.

A shrill sound echoed throughout the room. Everyone squatted on the ground with their hands covering their ears. George, who was holding Afro, relied on his extraordinary self-control to not throw his girlfriend down.

"Close it!" Fred shouted with a pale face. He and Afro covered each other's ears, and Afro had to take care of George who had lost one hand.

Harry apologized hastily and turned the switch on. Seamus and some classmates speculated on what kind of clue this would be.

In December, Hogwarts entered the white limited edition set, and warm fireplaces were lit in every classroom in the castle.

Avro was leaning against Draco, drowsy during the Transfiguration class.

"Potter! Weasley! Can you please pay attention!" Professor McGonagall's annoyed voice woke Avro up.

She looked up, just in time to see Ron's parrot-like form peck the head off Harry's haddock-like form.

Professor McGonagall glared at them, and her voice became elegant again, "The Yule Ball is coming soon. This is a good opportunity to show the friendship of Hogwarts..."

The students under the podium were whispering. Some male students blushed as they secretly looked at their sweethearts, while the girls were even happier.

Lavender let out a shrill laugh, and Parvati tried not to laugh.

Professor McGonagall clapped her hands to maintain order. "You must wear formal gowns. The ball will start at 8 o'clock on Christmas evening and last until 12 o'clock in the evening..."

No students were listening to the rest of the conversation; they were discussing dresses and dance partners.

Sitting in the crowd, Draco decided to take the initiative and invite Aphrodite to be his dance partner.

He had heard that the warriors were going to have the first dance at the start, and that Cedric and Harry were obviously going to find new partners.

Draco thought that he could laugh at them for not dancing with Aphrodite, and at the same time get her.

Harry frequently looked back at Afro who was occupied by Draco. He thought that as warriors, they were the most suitable dance partners.

Ron was not in a hurry at all. In his opinion, Afro would definitely dance with him because they were boyfriend and girlfriend!

Bryce and Theodore wanted to take this opportunity to join in.

Afro, who was being dreamed of by the little boys, suddenly became worried.

With so many boyfriends, who should she choose as her dance partner?
