Chapter 153 Smuggling Sirius
Chapter 153 Smuggling Sirius
Wood, who was observant, noticed a burning gaze that always swept across his neck. He followed that gaze with his peripheral vision and found that the owner was the girl he had been thinking about.
But her expression looks thirsty?
Wood looked around the classroom, took out a blue cup from his schoolbag, poured a little water on the lid, and handed it to Afro amid the glares from Harry and the twins and the teasing from the other members.
While spitting on herself, Afro couldn't control her eyes as she looked at the cup lid that suddenly appeared in her sight, and tilted her head in confusion to look at Wood who was standing over to her.
"Are you thirsty? Drink some water." Wood stuffed the lid of the cup filled with water into the girl's hand, "Sorry, I didn't find a new cup in the classroom, you..."
"Just make do with it, don't be disgusted."
With a question mark on his face, Afro took the cup lid hesitantly and took a small sip under Wood's attentive gaze.
How did he know that she was thirsty? Afro was full of questions. She thought about what she had done just now. Was it because her gaze was too obvious?
Misunderstood? It's a sin, Merlin.
"Okay, I hope everyone doesn't miss training next time, that's all." Wood quickly ended the mobilization meeting. Before leaving, other members were still shouting "We can definitely win". Harry and the twins looked at Wood with anger in their eyes that was about to turn into reality.
Fred: Let Afro drink from his own cup, so scheming!
George: Why didn't I think of this? Scheming!
Harry: Merlin's red briefs! Forgot about this guy, scheming!
The team started training every Wednesday evening. Although the weather became colder and damper, and the nights were dark, no matter what kind of bad weather, it was not enough to drown Wood's enthusiasm for hard training, and even Afro was no exception.
That evening, after Afro and Harry finished their training, they pushed their exhausted bodies back to the lounge. The whole room was filled with excited discussions.
"What are you talking about?" Afro, who was very thirsty, poured a large glass of water and drank it all up. Harry, who was also thirsty, withdrew his hand and rolled his throat up and down to relieve his smoking throat.
She put the cup down and then remembered that Harry might need one, too. She moved her toes awkwardly in her shoes and smiled apologetically, "Sorry, I forgot you needed one too."
Harry shook his head indifferently. Ron and Hermione were sitting on the sofas on either side of the fireplace, drawing astronomy charts with their heads down.
"News about the first trip to Hogsmeade." Ron drew on the parchment with his right hand while turning his head to look at Hermione's homework. He also took the time to point out the location of the shabby bulletin board to Harry and Aphrodite.
"Great! I want to buy some dung balls!" Fred jumped down the aisle and took three or two steps to the bulletin board to check the precautions.
Afro threw herself into the sofa next to Ron, the soft sponge wrapped around her, and her fatigue dissipated like the ebbing tide.
She squinted her eyes happily. George walked behind the chair and ruffled her messy blonde hair through the backrest. The girl curled up on the sofa and purred like a kitten.
Afro closed her eyes and felt the sofa beside her sink. She tried hard to open her eyes which seemed to be stuck together with glue. Harry's brows were furrowed for a long time.
"Don't worry Harry, I'll be with you." She noticed Harry's worry, as if she had guessed what he was thinking.
After hearing Afro's words, Fred's good mood was like a burning bonfire being extinguished by a bucket of cold water, the kind of cold water with ice cubes!
"Xiao Afu, who are you going to accompany?"
"Harry, I promised him when school started."
The boy's worries came and went quickly. He raised his eyebrows and looked at Fred who was sitting on the armrest of the sofa. George stretched out his arm and pushed Harry's hair hard.
"What about us?"
"Next time, definitely next time!"
"That's all you can say! But we forgive you. We like you."
Afro's cheeks turned a light pink and she glared at him shyly, "Don't talk nonsense!"
Suddenly Crookshanks jumped onto Ron's legs with a spider in his mouth. Ron screamed and jumped up and down on the sofa like a nimble monkey, slapping Crookshanks.
"If you don't want to eat, get off now!"
"Get the spider and get out of here!"
Afro held his cheek, an idea coming to his mind.
"2333, where's Sirius?"
23 pulled up the map of Hogwarts and saw a small green dot moving towards the school. It seemed that Sirius was running.
"Is the portal still usable?"
"Okay, ten points at a time, one way."
The green dot stopped at the edge of Hogwarts and began to spin in place. Avro exchanged three portals and placed them in the dormitory, at the location of the green dot, and on the Whomping Willow.
At night, Afro's dormitory was quiet, and occasionally the sound of Parvati turning over could be heard.
A faint blue light illuminated Afro's face. She listened attentively for a while and decisively pressed the portal button.
The air twisted, and Sirius crawled on the ground with his front paws, making an attacking gesture.
A blonde girl in coral fleece pajamas suddenly appeared in front of him.
Dementors that can turn into wizards!
Sirius drove towards the person, opened his mouth and barked at her. Afro was not afraid at all, she put her index finger to her lips, made a "hush" sound, bent down and picked up the big black dog.
Ignoring his struggles, he pressed the second portal.
Sirius felt his eyes blurred, and when he opened them again, he saw the Whomping Willow swaying its dead branches, as if their arrival had disturbed it.
"Okay, I'll leave it here for you. You figure out the rest yourself." Afro put Sirius down and rubbed his dog head. It was skinny and the hair was a little frizzy, and it didn't feel good at all.
She left the chicken she had taken from the kitchen in front of Sirius, then disappeared again just as suddenly as she had come.
Sirius tilted his head in confusion, he didn't know why this Dementor helped him again and again, but the chicken tasted so delicious.
Finally someone remembered that he had no food to eat~
Because of the existence of the portal, Afulo completed the task in just twenty minutes. She entered Mengxiang with 10,000 freshly earned points.
As Avro guessed, Professor McGonagall did not agree to sign Mr. Campbell's permission form. Her reason was, "Mr. Campbell is not your guardian, and the signature does not represent the guardian's consent."
Maybe it was just a reason to protect Harry.
But Harry really couldn't go to Hogsmeade, fortunately he had Aphrodite to accompany him.
They smiled and waved goodbye to Hermione and Ron, and Hermione promised to bring them many Hogsmeade-specific things.
