Chapter 29 The Arrogant Card 2 Abuses Her Brother Online

"Who was that guy in the blue shirt just now? You guys are all naked, but he's wearing a lot of clothes."

“Big Brother Fu, one of the triplets,” Cracker complained. “I don’t know what’s gotten into him today. Anyway, don’t take it to heart.”

You said, "It's alright, they have important things to do, it would be inconvenient for us to be here."

Cracker remained silent, "That makes sense."

Normally, Yu would feel uncomfortable, but today was an exception, and she probably had to thank Daifu.

Earlier, what had caught Yu's attention wasn't just Owen's ugly orange-yellow house, but also the figure in the second-floor window—it looked like Katakuri. It was too far away for Yu to see clearly, and she couldn't rule out that she was mistaken. So when Cracker pulled her over, she didn't refuse.

Yu was terribly flustered, but thankfully Dafu came out and interrupted her. Otherwise, if they had run into each other inside, Yu, who had sneaked out, wouldn't have even had a chance to explain.

"It's about time. Take me back to Wheat Island." I'll go back and see if Katakuri is there, and have more time to think of an excuse so that I won't accidentally reveal it if he asks.

After Yu and Cracker left, Katakuri came out of the house.

Surprisingly, Katakuri wasn't home.

"Alright, stop running around, or we'll never find you again." Cracker swore he'd never been this tired. "I'm leaving."

They hadn't gone far when they encountered Katakuri, who had "returned."

"Let's go practice."

"Ah! Brother, I want to refuse." Cracker regretted it as soon as he said it. He felt a murderous aura as soon as he turned his back to Katakuri. It's over, it's over, it's over.

Katakuri arrived shortly after Yu and the others left, but Yu wasn't there yet. He went to their usual sparring spot, but they weren't there either. So he decided to wait for them to come to him.

"Brother! I was wrong!"

Cracker realized that Katakuri had been practicing today just to amuse himself. Using his Observation Haki to predict Katakuri's movements, he was completely powerless to retaliate. He could only beg for mercy, not for any other reason than he was utterly exhausted!

Cracker suspected that the two had planned this to torment him, one to exhaust him first, and the other to torture him again. A double blow, both physically and psychologically.

"No need, take her out if she wants to." Thinking that Cracker might be careless, he added again, "Keep an eye on her and don't let anyone get close."

Cracker was crying and sniffling, feeling incredibly wronged. He said he wouldn't do it again, and that Smoothie should replace him next time!

Pushing open the door, Katakuri saw Yu sitting alone in the living room, drawing and writing in a notebook, not noticing Katakuri for a moment.

Katakuri stood quietly by the door, watching without interrupting.

After an unknown amount of time, Yu seemed to have finished drawing. She put down her brush, looked up, and saw the person she was waiting for.

"Where did you go? I waited for you for a long time but you didn't come to pick me up. You came back alone. How was my sense of direction today?" You lied through her teeth, blushing without hesitation.

"Sorry, I have something to discuss." Katakuri saw through her but didn't say anything; he knew she had no sense of direction. "In that case, you can come back by yourself from now on."

Oh, this isn't how you talk. "That won't do. One person can't have two. Are you trying to slack off? Are you getting bored after a while?"

The little drama queen's daily routine has begun. Katakuri had no choice but to go along with it.

"Next time, just wait for me where you are and don't wander off."

The last three words... You guessed she hadn't misread them today. So he knew. It seemed he was tacitly approving. You stuck out her tongue and drew a line from her forehead with two fingers together, "I'll definitely wait for you to come find me obediently."

With Katakuri's tacit approval, Yu and Cracker felt less uneasy going out, and even invited Brulee and Pudding along.

Many days have passed. Yu has traveled all over Whole Cake Island and met everyone in the Big Mom Pirates, whether he knew them or not. He has also made a rough classification of them in his mind.

But Katakuri's worst fears came true.
