Chapter 439: Fight between Brothers

"Lucci, what's wrong with you?" Ace grabbed Lucci's shoulders and frowned, a little puzzled. Lucci's words today were a little too... harsh. "You don't usually treat Luffy like this."

"Am I not right? If you also think that this woman has helped, then let her stay." Lucci waved Ace's hand away and turned away angrily. He felt very angry now, very angry, not only at her, but also at himself.

"Sabo has already gone to look for him." Seeing Lucci's complete refusal to communicate, Ace's forehead vein twitched. He suppressed the rising anger and said, "This is our business now. What do you mean by wanting to leave like this?"

"Don't follow me!" Lucci ignored Ace's words, frowned and tried his best to ignore Ace's existence, and continued to walk forward quickly.

"Stop, Lucci!" Seeing the figure walking faster and faster at his shouts, Ace took a deep breath, trying his best to control his anger and not let it break out. He quickly caught up with him and emphasized every word in an unquestionable tone, "Listen, Lucci, we must have a good talk this time!"

"I don't want to talk now, leave me alone!!" Lucci shouted impatiently, speeding up and walking forward, trying to get rid of Ace who was chasing him.

Ace looked at Lucci who was eager to get rid of him and shouted angrily, "Why don't you want to pay attention to your brother now!?"

Looking at Lucci who had no intention of stopping, Ace's anger, which he had tried hard to suppress, completely surged up, remembering how Lucci suddenly disappeared in the forest.

Ace angrily rushed towards the figure in front of him who was desperate to get rid of him, and both of them fell to the deck. "What the hell is wrong with you!? We have to solve this matter today!"

"This is none of your business!!" Lucci yelled angrily, pushing Ace who was pressing on him away. "Get out of here!!"

"We are brothers!!" Ace angrily grabbed Lucci's clothes again and threw him to the ground. "What do you want to do by just leaving and sulking like this!?"

“Ignore me!!”

"Lucci, we need to talk!" Ace held down his struggling brother tightly, suppressed his anger, and said through gritted teeth, "Really! Don't force me to beat you up!"

"We have nothing worth talking about!!" Lucci's eyes flashed with pure anger.

The punch was thrown faster than Ace had imagined. He didn't even realize what he had done, but the purple bruises on Lucci's face and the more intense anger in his eyes clearly told him what he had just done. It all happened so quickly. Maybe they both needed a fight to vent.

Lucci was much quicker than Ace had anticipated, he flipped over and pounced on him, swinging his fists straight at him, one hitting him squarely in the jaw, a blow that hurt more than Ace was willing to admit, the second catching him right under the eye, a bruise he would definitely have to bear for a while.

But the moment Lucci's second punch hit him, Ace also counterattacked. His fist hit Lucci's abdomen hard, knocking him back several steps, which instantly changed his disadvantageous position.

Judging from the way Lucci was gasping in pain, Ace was sure that his punch had hurt him badly, but he didn't give Lucci a chance to breathe. He pounced on him aggressively and pressed Lucci to the deck.

"Damn it, Lucci!" Ace roared angrily at Lucci, "Take that back, now!!"

"I don't!" Lucci roared, his voice hoarse and raspy as he struggled to gain enough footing to flip their positions.

The two continued to wrestle with each other, not caring about how childish their behavior was or the shouting around them. Their arguments turned into some meaningless roars, and they even threw some insults at each other in the process, but the damage they caused throughout the whole process was not as serious as the first few punches.

They both knew that they had caused the most serious damage to each other with the first few blows, and they did not have as much strength as at the beginning in the subsequent fight. When they only had the last bit of strength left, the two still refused to give in, and eventually it completely evolved into pulling each other's ears, hair, and cheeks until they were forcibly separated by Marco.

"What the hell are you doing, yoi!?" Marco was going crazy. He had just barely managed to send the Pirate Empress, who was frantically demanding Straw Hat Luffy, away, and then suddenly, his second-team captain and vice-captain were brawling with each other in public on the rear deck like two punks, completely disregarding their image. Did they really still care about their prestige among the crew?!

"Need I warn you? There was an enemy aboard our ship, and you two are fighting and swearing like little kids!?"

"Is this what you, as captains, should do?!" Marco roared in anger. He grabbed the two brothers' arms with his claw-like hands and dragged them towards his room. Before entering, Marco glared angrily at the crew members who were still gathered around him. "What are you still doing here?!"

Under Marco's angry gaze, the surrounding Whitebeard crew members quickly shifted their attention away from the captain and vice-captain of the second team who were struggling under the tyranny of the captain of the first team, and then returned to their posts, but with obvious dullness on their faces.

After Captain Marco closed the door, discussions broke out on the deck. The Whitebeards, who had just witnessed everything, kept expressing their shock to the people around them.

"Why did Captain Ace and Vice Captain Lucci, who are close friends, suddenly start fighting?"

"They started fighting so fiercely that none of us dared to stop them."

"I thought Captain Ace was going to win! But at the end, the two of them suddenly started wrestling each other like little kids. That's my bet!"

"But Captain Marco was really scary when he got angry just now!"

"Did Ace and Lucci fight?" Luffy asked with a puzzled look on his face.

"Those two guys really did a good thing!" Sabo growled with gritted teeth. While he was comforting Luffy, those two bastards were actually fighting here. Could those two guys just behave more maturely?

"It's not my fault, Ace was the first to attack!" Lucci was the first to accuse.

"You were the one who said those words first! And you were the one who was avoiding our conversation!" Ace glared at his brother angrily. "Don't think I don't know that you're trying to get rid of me and leave the ship alone again.

"I don't!"

"You have!"

The two brothers glared at each other.

"Stop making noise, yoi!" Marco frowned and shouted. At this moment, there was a sudden loud noise, and the door of his room was forcibly pushed open by a huge force. It can only be said that his door is strong enough that it can still be intact in this situation!

Marco turned around and glared at Sabo and Luffy who came in from behind the door. "What do you want to do now, yoi!?"
