I accidentally got hooked on the AI character creation feature on Tieba, wasted so much time and still didn't create the character I wanted. Maybe next time!
The characters "又进" and "瓶" are so basic to me that I don't even realize they're sensitive words when I write them, and I have to revise them every time. I feel like I'm developing a condition where I want to laugh whenever I see "席," "进," or "瓶."
I can't go anymore, I'm going to sleep now. I won't be able to come out again until the afternoon or evening.

Volume Two: Fireworks at Longmen: Chapter Eleven - Pressing Against Chest and Pulling the Trigger (Music)
Yunyi's doubts did not last long.
As she pushed open the door to go out and look for someone, the woman from the film, who seemed to have been waiting for a long time, stepped forward with a small silver box and blocked Yun Yi's way in a rather submissive manner.
Yun Yi looked down at her, signaling her to explain her purpose.
The woman remained silent, simply holding the box with one hand and taking out the terminal from the hem of her skirt with the other. As her skirt fluttered, a metallic glint was revealed before disappearing.
gun?
Yun Yi's breathing paused for a moment, then returned to normal.
Her gaze toward the woman in the film changed from casual to focused.
Under Yun Yi's gaze, the woman with film turned on the terminal, swiped a few times, and then the terminal played a voice that, thanks to electronic filtering, had become more recognizable.
Yun Yi glanced over instinctively and saw only the classic audio interface on the terminal, with a progress bar scrolling forward: "The box can be opened by pressing the mark. You can study the terminal first, I'll be back later."
Swire's pronunciation was clear, but her speaking speed was a bit fast. With a slight pant at the end of her sentence, the entire audio clip was over in less than ten seconds.
The woman deftly put away her terminal, held the box forward with both hands, and gestured for Yunyi to take it, saying, "Please (in Victoria's words)."
English?
Yun Yi hesitated for a moment, then reached out and grasped the silver handle on the side of the box, taking it into his hands.
Seeing this, the woman in the film subtly breathed a sigh of relief, immediately bowed slightly to say goodbye, and turned to leave.
Yun Yi scratched his head, watching the other person's retreating figure, and asked in bewilderment, "Was that fear just now? What did I have to be afraid of?"
Meanwhile, on the other side...
—Bang!
A fierce spark flashed in the head-on collision of weapons, and the burly Zalak man flew sideways, his face flushed red.
In mid-air, he twisted his wrist and struck the ground, the heavy iron weapon he was holding making a piercing sound as it scraped against the ground. The enormous reaction force brought his flying body to a stop.
Zalak, the burly man, quickly used the force to leap forward, and the moment he landed, he used the momentum of his long legs to raise the iron weapon, roared, and swung it down heavily.
His destination.
Swire, her breathing slightly rapid, straightened her tail, narrowly dodging the slap at the last second. Her thick tail deftly swatted away the opponent's weapon, and she spun around, kicking the man in the gap of his stance while yelling, "Shut up! You damn bastard!" (Cantonese: damn bastard)
With a series of cracking sounds as the high heel slammed into his ribs, the burly man Zalak's eyes bulged in pain. He screamed and flew backward again, splattering blood all over the ground. He finally crashed into the already dilapidated wall, sliding limply down with the debris, and passed out.
Swire took a deep breath to expel the stale air from her chest, then stomped her feet twice to shake off the blood and foam from her high heels.
At her feet lay gang members lying on the ground.
"Annoying boy!"
Swire muttered to herself as she took out her terminal to report the situation to the bureau and walked out onto the street.
As he passed by Zalak, who was barely conscious and groaning incoherently, he kindly let her and her companions reunite in their dreams.
Turning off the somewhat messy alley, Swire walked onto the main road, her high heels creating messy, shimmering patterns in the puddles.
Her thoughts were somewhat confused. Following her instincts, she casually tore open the red velvet bow tie, which was stained with blood and smelled strange, and threw it away.
The moment the expensive fabric fell into the sewage ditch, the terminal buzzed and the power notification light came on.
Shi Huaiya's tiger ears, which resembled cat ears, suddenly snapped back as she reluctantly connected to the communication.
"Boss, the target has received the silver box." As soon as the call connected, fluent Victorian English came through to Shi Huai Ya Jiu Lin Liu Su Liu Qi Ba Er Ba's ears.
She responded with a sound of agreement, ignoring the other person's misunderstanding, and asked casually, "What did she say?"
"..." There was a moment of silence on the other end of the communication line, followed by a hesitant reply: "The other party remained silent throughout. Aside from receiving the silver box, no other actions were observed. We need your subordinates..."
Swire scratched the terminal with her fingernails, frowned, and interrupted, "No need, the mission is over, you can rest now."
After she finished speaking, Swire hung up the call after the other party responded.
Putting away the now useless terminal, Swire watched as the dark clouds gradually dispersed, revealing the sky framed by the bustling city. The scene from that moment resurfaced in her mind—
In the dim light, the person suddenly became forceful and hugged back.
The waist-length white hair enveloped her vision as the person embraced her, tickling her face but feeling smooth and comfortable.
Immediately afterwards, the tip of Swire's nose seemed to recreate that strange and ambiguous scent, a greedy aroma formed by the other person's increasingly hot body temperature and rich body fragrance.
The thunderous pounding of the other person's heart echoed in my ears, carrying a vigorous and compelling aggressiveness.
Every single sensation was so vivid, as if it had traveled through time, stimulating her sensitive senses and drawing her into a dance.
Then, the final scene reappeared before her eyes:
In the dim light, his soft chest pressed against her chin, his lips teasingly brushing against the sensitive areas of her neck, sometimes light, sometimes heavy. The warm breaths he exhaled brushed against the fine hairs on her skin, sending waves of tingling sensations through her…
"!!!"
Swire snapped out of her daze, her face turning as red as if it were about to bleed.
Not only was her carefully prepared scare plan, which took all night and sacrificed her precious time, forced to be abandoned before it even began, but was that guy an idiot? Did he even know how to hold someone? Did he even know how to hold someone?! Was that how she held someone?
The more Swire blushed, the more embarrassed she became. She couldn't help but yell at a wall on the street, calling it a scoundrel and a piece of char siu.
At that moment, an Originium bullet pierced through the street wall and continued its trajectory through the dust and smoke of the explosion, heading straight for Swire's forehead.
Swire's pupils contracted sharply, and her powerful instinct for danger enabled her to easily dodge the attack.
Swire snapped out of her daze and sneered, her canine teeth gleaming coldly in the neon lights and sunlight. She swung her chain hammer with all her might: "Are you tired of living? My lawyers will love you guys."
The thick street wall could neither stop the bullets from the gun nor the power of Swire; it was simply reduced to scrap under the hammer, revealing a cluster of low houses and a person behind it.
The chain hammer continued its momentum, striking the man's feet and cracking the ground. The flying debris grazed the man's exposed skin, drawing several lines of blood.
Shi Huai-ya squinted, her pine-green eyes reflecting the other person's slightly disheveled appearance, the fancy feathers on the side of their head, and the worn-out gun in their hand.
Clearly, this is a Liberian, a race whose members are typically agile and highly mobile.
Judging from the opponent's relatively slender physique, he seems to be a classic Liberi, so prioritizing crippling his legs is the best strategy.
Once Shi Huaiya had identified the target, she flicked her finger, causing the chain hammer to move rapidly to the side.
While Shi Huaiya was facing one crisis after another, Yunyi was enjoying a peaceful and tranquil life.
The terminal delivered by Swire thoughtfully included "Terminal Guide 1, 2, and 3, which are easy to understand even for char siu (barbecued pork)".
She can master how to use this new thing after watching it all at once.
ps:
When I came in to update, I saw that the number of favorites had increased by one. Wow, there are still people here so late (referring to around 4 a.m.)
I can't take it anymore. I'll update again tomorrow, no, I'll update again when I wake up today.
No wonder authors all want to be full-time; they're literally working from the moment they open their eyes. If it weren't for the fact that I currently have almost no unnecessary things to do all day, I could at most guarantee 4000 words (i.e., full attendance).
I've decided to start by updating 4000 words a day (currently 8000) after signing the contract, and save the extra chapters just in case.
Writing this chapter was so painful! Why is Cantonese so complicated?!
The author has some personal matters to attend to, so that's all for today. Thank you for your support.
I might also post a chapter on the topic of "Cold Sulfur Tumor Seven-Part II" after 11 PM (if I finish writing it).

Volume 2: Fireworks at Dragon Gate, Chapter 12: Garbage System, Doomed (But Thanks Still!)
Yunyi swiped his finger across the terminal screen, and the third episode of "A Terminal User Guide That Even Char Siu Can Understand," which had shrunk into a small window, was playing the last item—how to switch languages.
Following the video's instructions, she successfully switched the language to her familiar Chinese, specifically Simplified Chinese, from among more than ten language categories.
This surprised her somewhat. She had previously seen that the (near) Guard Bureau's sign used traditional Chinese characters, and she had assumed that the country representing China in this world used traditional characters or clerical script.
That's good, at least she won't be an illiterate person who can't even write properly anymore.
Yunyi, who was not illiterate, was in a good mood. She opened Terra, an app that could barely be considered a social (platform).
Three people have already been added above.
As for which three they are, there's no need to elaborate.
Yunyi tried to open the add-person interface as instructed in the previous video and tentatively searched for Rhodes Island.
The terminal only had a local network, and the search results were ambiguous. Disappointed, Yunyi exited and went to study other functions.
After fiddling with the terminal for a while, Yun Yi lost interest and put it back in the silver box.
Compared to mobile phones, the terminal not only has a poor network, but also very little content, not to mention entertainment. For Yunyi, it was so boring that it was better to have nothing at all.
This greatly disappointed Yunyi.
"Isn't TerraTech supposed to be pretty powerful?" Yun Yi asked, resting his chin on his hand, utterly bewildered. "I remember they even had holographic projection. They've come up with that stuff, but the internet is so... useless?"
"Or have I remembered it wrong again?"
Yun Yi scratched his head and opened the search tool on the terminal to search.
It turned out she was right; holographic projection did exist and was a product of one company.
Yun Yi closed the terminal with a puzzled look on her face. If she remembered correctly, could it be that holographic projection and the development of the Internet are not actually positively correlated?
This touched on Yunyi's blind spot in knowledge. She shook her head and decided to let it go, then turned to y/ *「u〤e-」已二氵灵? 死韭翅衫咝 to summon the system panel.
The familiar interface layout (on a computer) softened Yunyi's expression considerably.
"This one looks better."
Yun Yi praised it and opened the store interface that he hadn't had time to look at yet.
Her real-time points were displayed in the upper left corner of the shop: 1524.5.
"?" Yun Yi's thoughts faltered for a moment. She checked again and it was indeed still the same number. She asked in confusion, "System, where are my points?"
[Entered]
"This number is exactly the same as when I got the land. I'm not going to forget it so quickly."
Yun Yi narrowed his eyes, a kind smile appearing on his face: "What about the points for Shi Huaiya's initiative in hugging me and giving me the terminal? Surely those two combined don't even amount to 0.1 points?"
[The terminal is not a gift from someone who is not a kept man; no points will be awarded for it.]
[Additional information: Unconditional gifts must be given personally by the person who is financially dependent on you, except in cases where the gift is unconditional.]
"No, why are you so rigid!" Yun Yi was dumbfounded. She didn't expect the system to have such a pitfall. Normally, when delivering something, is there any difference between delivering it personally and sending someone else to deliver it?
[Please refrain from making unreasonable demands.]
This system is a "soft rice" system; it only supports being a "soft rice" user and does not support being a "protector" or "dependent."
Therefore, points are only generated through the interaction between the two parties to the contract; third-party intervention does not meet the requirements.
"Huh? You're being so meticulous just because you're living off a woman?" Yun Yi couldn't help but complain.
Besides, she doesn't want to be a kept woman.
Yun Yi couldn't help but feel fortunate that she had the right to modify the contract, otherwise she would have been stuck with this freeloader.
Then, looking at the pop-up window left by the system, Yun Yi had a question:
"System, have you become a bit more agile?"
[This system is the upgraded version 2.0, so it's understandable that it's more agile.]
"That's true." Yun Yi chuckled and said, "Hey, are you really a masochist? What system levels up because it gets beaten up? Besides, you seem to have more emotions than before. Does a system need emotions to level up?"
[This system is not masochistic; version 1.0 is.]
